As the design lead, collaborating with my manager Jonathan, I explored a variety of different options to provide better access to product and seller review forms throughout Best Buy’s website and native app. The solution that rose to the top was a reusable component that could be added to numerous pages.

The final content strategy for the review carousel was reused on an existing write-a-review entry point, providing a dramatic increase of entries there even before the review carousel went live.
