Design Process

I’m a natural designer and have been solving problems beautifully for most of my life. Being educated first in architectural design and later in user experience, human-centered design principles transcend form and can be applied to almost any problem, regardless of media. I keep my process as dynamic as possible, always looking for new tips and tools to work more efficiently and dive deeper. To me, design is a team sport where collaboration without ego produces the best results.

Evolving craft

I consider my skillset to be constantly evolving and refining, especially over the past year, as AI tools have augmented and rebuilt my process, helping to do more with less.

Data driven

I use science to steer the strategy of nearly all of the work I do, regardless of scale or scope. Research is essential to success. Full stop.

I love deconstructing silos and working closely with product and engineering partners to understand constraints and optimize delivery.
